Jo Deok-hyeon (coreano: 조덕현, nacido el 29 de mayo de 1967) es un actor surcoreano. Debutó en 1987 en los escenarios con la obra teatral «Bodas de sangre» (피의 결혼), la célebre pieza de Federico García Lorca. Más adelante, en 1999, hizo su debut cinematográfico con la película «Shiri» (쉬리). Está representado por Nest Management.
