Lembit Ulfsak

Lembit Ulfsak (July 4, 1947 in Koeru – March 22, 2017) was an Estonian actor and director. Ulfsak spent his childhood in Räpina, where he also finished the 8th grade. In 1966, he graduated from Tallinn 7th Secondary School. From 1966 to 1970, he studied at the Tallinn State Conservatory's Department of Performing Arts (4th class). Ulfsak worked mainly at the Estonian SSR State Youth Theatre and Drama Theatre, as well as at Tallinnfilm. In addition to his theatre work, he acted in many films, the most internationally known of which are the leading roles in the films "The Legend of Till" (1976) and the Georgian-Estonian collaboration film "Tangerines" (2013), which was among the five best foreign language films in 2014 before the Oscar and Golden Globe awards. From 1972 to 1973, he sang in the Band Amor Trio. On June 1, 2019, a memorial bench installed in Ulfsak's honor was unveiled near his coastal home on the western shore of the Kakumäe Peninsula.

Lembit Ulfsak (4. juuli 1947 Koeru – 22. märts 2017) oli eesti näitleja ja lavastaja, väljaspool Eestit tuntud peamiselt filminäitlejana. Lembit Ulfsaki lapsepõlv möödus Räpinas, kus lõpetas ka 8. klassi. 1966. aastal lõpetas ta Tallinna 7. Keskkooli. Aastail 1966–1970 õppis ta Tallinna Riikliku Konservatooriumi lavakunstikateedris (4.lend). Lembit Ulfsak töötas peamiselt Eesti NSV Riiklikus Noorsooteatris ja Draamateatris, aga ka Tallinnfilmis. Teatritöö kõrval mängis ta paljudes filmides, neist rahvusvaheliselt tuntumad on peaosad filmides "Legend Ulenspiegelist" (1976) ja Gruusia-Eesti koostööfilmis "Mandariinid" (2013), mis oli 2014. aastal Oscari ja Kuldgloobuse määramise eel viie parima võõrkeelse filmi hulgas. Aastail 1972–1973 laulis ta ansamblis Amor Trio. 1. juunil 2019 avati Ulfsaki auks paigaldatud mälestuspink ta rannaäärse kodu lähedal Kakumäe poolsaare läänekaldal.

Лембит Ульфсак родился в городе Коэру, Ярвамаа, Эстонская ССР, СССР. Эстонский советский актёр и режиссёр. Пел в ансамбле "Amor Trio" (трио "Любовь"). В 1970 году окончил актёрский факультет Таллинской государственной консерватории (преподаватель курса - Вольдемар Пансо). В 1969-1978 годах – актёр Государственного молодёжного театра Эстонской ССР (Таллинский городской театр). В 1978-1985 и с 1994 года – актёр Государственного академического театра драмы имени В. Кингисеппа (Эстонский драматический театр). В 1985-1994 годах – актёр и режиссёр киностудии "Таллинфильм". Народный артист Эстонской ССР (1986).
