Britta Horn
Britta Horn (born January 3, 1980, in Bad Soden) is a German actress. Britta Horn grew up in Berlin, in the Ravensburg district, and for a time in France. After completing her acting training at the Stage School of Dance and Drama in Hamburg and the European Film Actor School in Zurich, she performed at venues such as the Schauspielhaus Zurich while still a student. She gained wider recognition through television productions such as the Sat.1 series *Das iTeam – Die Jungs an der Maus* and the film *Himmlischer Besuch für Lisa*. In addition, she appeared regularly in theater productions and received particular acclaim for her role in Alan Ayckbourn's comedy *Die bessere Hälfte* at the Theater Ravensburg. Alongside her acting career, Horn has served as the lead singer and bandleader of the group *Frau Horn* since 2006. Furthermore, she is politically active with the party Alliance 90/The Greens and serves on the city council of Annweiler. She ran as a candidate in the 2021 state elections in Rhineland-Palatinate and is running again in the 2026 election for the Südliche Weinstraße constituency.
Britta Horn (* 3. Januar 1980 in Bad Soden) ist eine deutsche Schauspielerin. Britta Horn wuchs in Berlin, im Landkreis Ravensburg und zeitweise in Frankreich auf. Nach ihrer Schauspielausbildung an der Stage School of Dance and Drama in Hamburg sowie an der European Film Actor School in Zürich spielte sie bereits während des Studiums unter anderem am Schauspielhaus Zürich. Größere Bekanntheit erlangte sie durch Fernsehproduktionen wie die Sat.1-Serie Das iTeam – Die Jungs an der Maus sowie den Film Himmlischer Besuch für Lisa. Daneben war sie regelmäßig in Theaterproduktionen zu sehen und wurde für ihre Rolle in Alan Ayckbourns Komödie Die bessere Hälfte am Theater Ravensburg besonders positiv aufgenommen. Neben ihrer Schauspielkarriere ist Horn seit 2006 Sängerin und Bandleaderin der Gruppe Frau Horn. Darüber hinaus engagiert sie sich politisch für Bündnis 90/Die Grünen und sitzt im Stadtrat von Annweiler. Sie kandidierte bei den rheinland-pfälzischen Landtagswahlen 2021 und erneut für die Wahl 2026 im Wahlkreis Südliche Weinstraße.
