Amjad Al-Rasheed, a Jordanian director and writer born in 1985, has an MFA in Cinematic Arts with a concentration on Directing and Editing. In 2016 he was selected by Screen International as one of five Arab Stars of Tomorrow, highlighting the up-and-coming young talents of the region. He also attended the Talent Campus during the 57th Berlinale, after which he directed short films that garnered nominations and won prizes at various Arab and international film festivals.

Amjad el-Rasheed est un auteur-réalisateur jordanien né en 1985, diplômé d’un Master en réalisation et montage. En 2016, il fait partie au sein de "Screen International" des cinq "Arab Stars of Tomorrow" mettant en avant les talents émergents de la région. Lors de la 57ème Berlinale il a participé au Talent Campus, et a par la suite réalisé des courts-métrages sélectionnés et récompensés dans des festivals arabes et internationaux.
