Paulina Porizkova

Paulina Porizkova (born Pavlína Pořízková) is a Czechoslovak-born supermodel, actress, and author who rose to global fame in the 1980s. Often cited as one of the most successful models of her era, she became the first Central European woman to appear on the cover of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue in 1984. In recent years, she has gained widespread acclaim as an advocate for age inclusivity and body positivity, sharing candid, unfiltered reflections on aging through her writing and social media.

Paulina Porizkova-Ocasek (geboren als Pavlína Pořízková am 9. April 1965) ist ein tschechoslowakisches Model und Schauspielerin. Im Alter von achtzehn Jahren war sie die erste Frau aus Osteuropa, die das Cover der Bademodenausgabe von Sports Illustrated zierte. Sie war nach Christie Brinkley die zweite Frau, die zweimal in Folge (1984 und 1985) auf dem Titelbild dieser Ausgabe abgebildet war.
